Welcome to Connection Pointe. We are so excited to get to know you and hear more about your story. Join us for our NEXT STEPS process to meet the staff, a few other families from Connection Pointe, have a chance to hear more about our heart and vision, and find out ways to get connected and involved at CP! It's a simple 4 step process that begins with joining us in person for the Welcome Party on the first Sunday of every month. Then you will have the opportunity to watch 2 videos online, followed up with The Entry, which is the final step in getting connected to CP.
